To return to the menu, hold:
Y Button (Oculus)
Left B Button (Index)
Left Trackpad Up (Vive, Windows MR)

To use the flashlight, press:
Thumbstick Button (Oculus, Index, Windows MR)
Right Trackpad Down (Vive)

Compatibility:
I have come upon an issue where playing the game through SteamVR on a Quest headset has a major tracking issue. Launching the game through the Meta Quest Link app avoids this issue. I am unable to verify whether this issue is with Quest specifically, or if there is an incompatibility with SteamVR and the OpenXR plugin the game uses.
